Welcome to DropSlop
What DropSlop does, in a few lines, and where to read more.
DropSlop shows you the words and habits that make writing read as if a machine wrote it, and helps you fix them without losing what you meant to say.
The tools
X-Ray
Paste a draft. It marks the phrases that read machine-made and suggests small cuts you accept one at a time.
Humanize
Rewrites only the paragraphs that read machine-made. Fact-Guard checks every name, date and figure against your draft.
Site audit
Reads a whole website, a sitemap or a list of pages and shows which pages and paragraphs read machine-made.
Voices
Teach the X-Ray how you write, so it stops marking habits that are yours.
Library
Your saved drafts, with every version kept and a view of what changed.
Integrations
Bring drafts in from Google Docs, Notion, WordPress and more, and send results back as drafts.
Certificates
A public page that records a text's scores, including outside detectors, and lets anyone check the text was not changed.
API and MCP
Use DropSlop from your own code, or from Claude and Cursor through the MCP server.
Good to know
- A score is an estimate, not proof. No detector is right every time. Read what DropSlop marks before you act on it, and never treat a score as a verdict on a person. See How to read a score.
- You can start without an account. Without one you get one check, one rewrite and one site audit a day. A free account keeps your work. See Words, verified audits and plans.
- Sign-in is by emailed link. There are no passwords. See Signing in and your account.
- Checking a draft doesn't save it. Checks and standard rewrites run on DropSlop's own servers. Your text goes to another company only for a certificate, the stricter "verified" modes, or a platform you connect. See Privacy and data.
