Integrations

Bring drafts in from Google Docs, Notion, HubSpot, WordPress, Ghost, Webflow and Shopify, and send results back as drafts.

Open Connections to link a platform. Once connected, you can import from it into the X-Ray and send results back to it.

Importing without connecting

You can import any public document or post without connecting anything: use Import from a link in the X-Ray. That covers a Google Doc shared with "Anyone with the link", and published posts on WordPress, HubSpot, Ghost, Webflow and Shopify. Private documents and unpublished drafts need a connection.

Sending is always a draft

DropSlop never publishes for you. Before anything is sent, you see what will be sent and confirm it.

PlatformWhat sending creates
WordPressA new draft post. An existing post is never overwritten.
HubSpotA draft blog post
GhostA draft post
WebflowA draft CMS item
ShopifyA hidden (unpublished) blog article
Google DocsA new Google Doc. If the draft came from a Google Doc, you can choose Replace the original's text instead.
NotionA new page inside a page you choose. If the draft came from Notion, you can choose Add to the end of the original instead.

Connecting each platform

Press Connect next to Google Docs and sign in with Google on Google's own page. DropSlop never sees your Google password. Then you can import private docs and send new ones.

When you connect, DropSlop checks the details with the platform first and then stores them encrypted. Google Docs, Notion and HubSpot sign-ins are handled through Composio, a service that manages the connection to those platforms.

Disconnecting

Press Disconnect next to a platform. DropSlop stops reading from and sending to it and deletes the details it stored. Nothing on the platform itself is deleted.
